These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Premier Power Clean website and the estimates and services we provide. By using our site or requesting an estimate, you agree to these Terms.

1. Estimates & pricing

• Online and instant estimates are ballpark ranges based on the information you provide and are not a binding quote.
• A final flat-rate price is confirmed by our crew on-site after inspecting the property and conditions.
• We reserve the right to revise an estimate if the scope, access, or surface condition differs materially from what was described.
• There is no charge for a standard on-site estimate.

2. Services

Premier Power Clean provides exterior pressure washing and soft washing for residential and commercial properties in Delray Beach & Palm Beach County, FL. We use the appropriate method for each surface. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, failed coatings, or conditions concealed until cleaning reveals them.

3. Scheduling & access

• You agree to provide safe outdoor access, an available water spigot, and to secure pets and move fragile items prior to service.
• We will send a prep checklist and reminders by text or email before the appointment.
• If weather or access prevents safe completion, we will reschedule at no additional cost.

4. SMS & communications consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Premier Power Clean for scheduling, estimates, reminders, and follow-ups. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of service. We accept card, ACH, and approved digital payments. Commercial contracts may be invoiced per the agreed terms.

6. Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment to hold future dates.

7. Warranties & disclaimers

• Our services are performed in a workmanlike manner by licensed and insured professionals.
• Organic growth (algae, mildew, mold) may return depending on environmental conditions; we do not guarantee a permanent absence of regrowth.
• Our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premier Power Clean's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be resolved in the courts serving Palm Beach County, Florida.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
